A sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre somente por exames de sangue que devem realizados a pedido do seu m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>Muitos fatores podem contribuir para o aumento do colesterol, como tend\u00eancias gen\u00e9ticas ou heredit\u00e1rias, obesidade, idade, g\u00eanero, diabetes e sedentarismo.
