Aos poucos, adicione a farinha at\u00e9 obter uma massa firme. Fa\u00e7a rolinhos com a massa e corte-os em peda\u00e7os ou bolinhas. Coloque uma panela grande com 4 litros de \u00e1gua no fogo e quando ferver, adicione os nhoques, aos poucos, at\u00e9 que subam \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. Coloque em uma travessa e reserve.<\/p>\n<p><b>Molho<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aque\u00e7a o azeite em uma panela antiaderente e refogue o alho e a cebola at\u00e9 dourarem. Acrescente a berinjela, a abobrinha, os tomates, a \u00e1gua, o pur\u00ea de tomate e o sal. Deixe apurar bem. Cubra os nhoques com o molho e polvilhe o queijo. Leve ao forno apenas para aquecer.
